The confidence promise as described in this website is not intended to constitute a binding agreement nor establish any right or claim upon its own authority. Rather, it summarizes the builder’s warranty customarily contained with our construction contracts but does not necessarily apply to every contractual relationship with Shaun Shows Custom Homes, LLC and its successors. Any confidence promise, warranty or similar provision shall be exclusively governed by the construction contract by and between the parties. Nothing in this website is intended to substitute, waive or disclaim the terms and conditions contained within any such contract.
