What constitutes the territory you serve?
We generally serve the Greater Waco region, which is defined as McLennan County and the adjacent counties (i.e., Bell, Bosque, Coryell, Falls, Hill and Limestone Counties).
What about my HOA restrictive covenants for building?
Clients are ultimately responsible for dealing with their Home Owners’ Association (HOA), including submitting proposals and securing requisite permissions. However, we are committed to ensuring an efficient building process and will guide you through HOA matters. Additionally, we will assist with providing the details on any forms you must submit for approval and stand ready to speak with your HOA architectural committee.
Do you build pools?
No, we do not build pools. If you would like a pool, however, we are willing to include one in the architectural plans. Furthermore, we have great relationships with several excellent locally-based companies that build pools and thus are able to provide recommendations for your pool contractor.
Who will manage my construction project?
Our founder, Shaun Shows, personally manages every project we undertake and is frequently onsite weekly if not daily to ensure that the structure or remodel meets our high standards for quality and craftmanship.
What type of building materials do you use?
We believe in using quality materials that will stand the test of time. However, the quality grade is generally dictated by the budget allotment made and compared to the chosen furnishings. To ensure that you receive the highest quality materials that your budget will permit, we will make expert recommendations throughout the construction process, derived from the nearly two decades of experience that Shaun Shows offers. Nevertheless, the final decision remains with the client. Whereas the nature of building quality is as dependent upon the human input as is the material factor, choosing competent subcontractors is immensely paramount to our business, and thus, we leverage our experience and knowledge of local professionals to recommend the best individuals for subcontractor duties.
